Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to products purchased on sagasafe.shop. It explains the 30-day return window, restocking fee, shipping, and where to send returns.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in resaleable condition. Returns that cannot be resold will not be refunded.

2. Quality issues

If the product has a quality issue, Sagasafe covers return shipping. After we receive the return at our warehouse, contact customer support to arrange a shipping reimbursement.

3. No-reason returns

For no-reason returns within 30 days of delivery, the customer pays return shipping. A 35% restocking fee applies to the refund amount.

4. How to return

Start a return from your order page. Ship the item to the return warehouse and submit the carrier tracking number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the return.
