In the event of a cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the avoidance of doubt, the laws of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, as a location within China, shall apply as part of PRC law), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the Ningbo Arbitration Commission (NBAC) in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules, with the seat of arbitration in Ningbo, China. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chinese. The arbitral award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Termination
